Oscar Bauer from Zurich has been producing drums under the brand name Imperial since 1941. This Imperial drum set from the 50s is a real highlight! I have completely overhauled the set, the foil is flawless, the White Marine Pearl finish has taken on a warmer tone over the years, which looks great. The outdoor photos reproduce the color exactly. Except for the snare, the original calf heads are still attached. The snare drum has original Imperial plastic heads, of course metric shell diameter, as usual in Europe in the 50s.
